Technology
The West York Technology Department oversees the administration, maintenance, budgeting and support of all district technology systems. This includes the central network infrastructure, classroom computers, mobile devices, instructional technology tools, software systems, databases and communication systems. The tech team provides direct support to Faculty, Staff, Students and Parents.

Optional Annual Device Protection Plan
All West York Area School District students receive a Chromebook to enhance their educational experience. While this device is the property of the District, it is still the responsibility of the student to maintain and care for it. We know that accidents sometimes happen, so the District offers an optional device protection plan for unexpected situations.
The plan's yearly cost is $25 per student per year.
