Screenings

All of the following screenings will be done in school, except for Physical and Dental exams, which can be done by a family physician.  ***Please note that Physical and Dental exams are due at the start of school.

Growth (Height & Weight)    ---    Grades K-12

Vision    ---    Grades K-12

Hearing    ---    Grades K, 1, 2, 3, 7, 11

Scoliosis    ---    Grades 6, 7

Physical Exam    ---    Grades K, 6, 11

Dental Exam    ---    Grades K, 3, 7
